Histoire
La Terra Buona is set in the remote and pristine wilderness of Val Grande, Italy, where the largest wilderness zone in Europe is found. The story revolves around Father Sergio, an 80-year-old Benedictine monk who has lived in this untouched nature for four decades. He resides in a restored lodge with Gianmaria, his mild-mannered assistant who helps him with daily tasks. One day, Gianmaria returns from the nearest village with two unexpected visitors: a boy and a girl who are visibly exhausted after a four-hour walk. Unlike most visitors, they haven't come to see Father Sergio but another person who has been living there secretly for over a month. Their arrival threatens the peace and serenity of this last paradise spot on earth.
