Synopsis
La fille du patron centers around Vital, a middle-aged shop workman in a textile mill. Alix, a young consultant tasked with conducting an ergonomic study at the factory, chooses him as her subject without revealing her true identity. Unknown to Vital and everyone else, Alix is actually the daughter of Baretti, the factory's boss, who has insisted on anonymity during her assignment. As Alix observes Vital at work, she finds herself drawn to his quiet and secretive nature, eventually falling for him despite their differing social statuses.

Résumé
La fille du patron is a French comedy-drama that explores themes of class, attraction, and identity.
