Synopsis
Recently widowed American opera diva Caterina takes her teenage son Joe with her on a concert tour in Italy. Absorbed in her work, she discovers that Joe has become addicted to heroin. Desperate to help him overcome his addiction, they embark on an incestuous relationship while also searching for Joe's real father, whose existence Caterina had kept secret from him.

Résumé
