Synopsis
Last Man follows Tov Matheson, a war veteran suffering from PTSD who becomes convinced that the apocalypse is imminent. He meets a mysterious figure whom he believes to be a Messiah, and leaves his ordinary life behind to construct an underground shelter in preparation for the end of the world. In his extreme preparations, Tov trains himself rigorously at the cost of losing everything and alienating those around him, ultimately believing himself to be insane.
