Synopsis
Arthur Bishop, a former assassin who faked his death and now lives quietly in Rio, finds himself forced back into his old life when someone threatens the woman he loves. This unknown adversary sets him up with three seemingly impossible assassinations to carry out, making them look like accidents. In order to protect his love interest and find out who's behind this, Bishop travels around the world completing these jobs while also trying to uncover the truth about those targeting him.

Résumé
Mechanic: Resurrection is a 2016 action thriller film directed by Dennis Gansel. It is a sequel to the 2011 movie 'The Mechanic'. The story follows Arthur Bishop, a master assassin played by Jason Statham, who attempts to leave his deadly past behind him but is drawn back into it when his former nemesis threatens the life of the woman he loves. To save her and himself, Bishop must complete three intricate assassinations while trying to discover the true identity of those pursuing him.
