Synopsis
Meisje tells the story of Muriel, who leaves her small-town life to pursue independence in Brussels. She finds lodging with Laura, a woman with a chaotic lifestyle but a desire for motherhood. Meanwhile, Muriel's mother struggles with her daughter's newfound freedom and faces changes at her workplace.
