Synopsis
Pino Scalise, after being released from prison for robbery, seeks refuge at his uncle's home in Milan. Pino becomes romantically involved with one of his uncle's two daughters, who has been forced into prostitution by Don Ciccio, a powerful drug trafficking gang leader. Pino, now acting as an informant to Police Commissioner Morani, devises a plan to take down Don Ciccio.

Résumé
Directed by Gianni Martucci in 1978, 'Milano... difendersi o morire' is an action-drama film centered around the criminal underworld of Milan. The story revolves around Pino Scalise, a former convict who returns to his uncle's home after his release from prison. The plot thickens as Pino becomes entangled with a powerful crime lord and decides to collaborate with the police to bring him down.
