Synopsis
After an intense relationship with troubled writer John, photojournalist Lee checks herself into a mental hospital to recover from their tumultuous affair that ended with his sudden disappearance. While there, she befriends a woman who bears an uncanny resemblance to her former lover. Together, they investigate the circumstances surrounding John's vanishing, but as they uncover clues, Lee's already fragile sanity begins to unravel when the truth points them towards an unexpected place.

Résumé
Moment is a mystery-drama directed by Jane Weinstock that premiered in 2013. The film follows photojournalist Lee (Jennifer Jason Leigh) as she grapples with the aftermath of her affair with troubled writer John (Martin Henderson). After John's mysterious disappearance, Lee is hospitalized to recuperate from their tumultuous relationship. While there, she forms an unusual bond with a fellow patient who strongly resembles her missing lover. Together, they attempt to piece together what happened to John, leading them down a path that challenges Lee's sanity and forces her to confront the truth about their past.
