Synopsis
Jill Fitzpatrick, a street-smart lesbian private detective in her late 20s, takes on the case of Mickey, a missing young woman. She soon becomes romantically involved with Diana, Mickey's poetry lecturer, while investigating Mickey's disappearance. After Mickey's body is found strangled, Jill continues to investigate and discovers Mickey's sexually charged poems and threatening messages left on her answering machine. As she delves deeper into the case, Jill's passion for Diana clouds her judgment until her own life is threatened.
