Synopsis
Neomanila follows Toto, an orphaned teenager who becomes involved with Irma, the leader of a notorious death squad in Manila. Irma takes Toto under her wing, and they form a familial bond as Toto joins their operations. However, when one of their targets turns out to be someone familiar to Toto, their loyalties are put to the test.
