Synopsis
In 'New Crime City', Ricks, a convicted criminal, is revived after his execution to enter a futuristic prison located in a squared-off area of Los Angeles. The prison follows a unique concept where inmates are allowed freedom within its confines but are contained by an electrified barrier. Once inside, Ricks encounters Darla and together they search for the psychopathic Ironhead who possesses a virus that threatens the city beyond the prison walls.
