Synopsis
The film opens with Laura Gemser's voice-over introducing herself as Emanuelle, presenting a compilation of various sexual and exotic acts from around the world. The segments include: - A striptease artist performing with a man in a gorilla costume; - A woman disrobing on a street window and inviting a man inside for free sex; - Nude roller-skating and mud wrestling in Paris; - A magician transforming his assistant into a hermaphrodite in Denmark; - An adulterous African couple facing genital mutilation and decapitation as punishment; - A brothel where daughters are prostitutes, and a sex club where women have anal sex with unseen men who could be their husbands; - A bloody ritual involving a virgin chicken in New Guinea; - An all-girl nightclub strip show in Hong Kong; - Great Omar's performance for female fans, and a woman inserting ping-pong balls into her vagina.

Notti porno nel mondo (1977), also known as Mondo Porno or Emanuelle Around the World, is an Italian documentary directed by Bruno Mattei and Joe D'Amato. The film is narrated by Laura Gemser, who plays Emanuelle in a series of 'Emmanuelle' films.
