Synopsis
Bruce, a telephone lineman, overhears a murder plot while working one night. The call involves a woman hiring someone to kill her sister. Bruce initially tries to report this to the police through 911 but finds them unable or unwilling to help. Taking matters into his own hands, he enlists his cop friend's assistance in trying to figure out which of the two sisters is plotting murder.
