In restless 1930s Paris, American sisters Laura and Kate Barlow are known for their psychic act that involves communicating with ghosts during séances. French film producer André Korben becomes intrigued by their abilities after attending a performance and decides to collaborate with them in hopes of capturing genuine paranormal manifestations on film.
