Histoire

Claudia, a 22-year-old undocumented immigrant living in the U.S., is arrested by the FBI for credit card fraud and deported to Mexico. Unable to speak Spanish and unfamiliar with her 'homeland,' she reluctantly takes refuge at her estranged father's cattle ranch. Claudia clashes with her unyielding father while attempting to return to the U.S., eventually forming a dangerous bond with a smuggler named Ricky. Caught between her father's sermons, Ricky's promises, and the encroaching military, Claudia must navigate difficult choices.
