Synopsis
In 'Raw Justice', Mayor Stiles' daughter Donna is murdered after a date with Mitch. Mitch becomes the primary suspect and is later released on bail. Stiles hires ex-cop Mace, a bounty hunter, to find the killer. As Mace investigates, he realizes that someone is targeting Mitch, as well as him and prostitute Sarah, whom Mitch is seen with. The pursuer turns out to be a corrupt cop who's framing Mace for murdering witnesses. Sarah tries to evade suspicion while comforting Mitch during their ordeal.

Directed by David A. Prior in 1994, 'Raw Justice' is an action-thriller film that revolves around revenge and corruption within a small town's power dynamics. The story follows the pursuit of justice for Mayor Stiles' daughter Donna, whose murder implicates Mitch as the prime suspect. When Stiles hires Mace, the narrative takes a turn towards uncovering a web of deceit involving blackmail, explosions, and a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse.
