Synopsis
In 'Rester vertical', director Leo travels to the south of France in search of inspiration for his next film. During his stay, he meets Marie, a free-spirited shepherdess with whom he becomes involved. Nine months later, Marie gives birth to their child. However, she struggles with postpartum depression and Leo's unpredictable lifestyle, leading her to abandon both of them without warning. Leo is left alone to care for the baby.
