Synopsis
Hel arrives at an exclusive sanatorium in the Italian Alps after receiving an invitation from her estranged twin sister Siri. Initially, she refuses to help Siri with some mysterious business, but later agrees to swap places with her for a few days. However, when Hel wakes up the next day, she finds Siri gone and realizes that something is amiss. She soon discovers that no one believes she is who she claims to be, and begins to suspect that Siri might not have been who she seemed either.
