Synopsis
The movie 'Savage Grace' explores the tumultuous relationship between Barbara Baekeland and her son Antony in the 1970s. Barbara, a social climber married to wealthy plastics heir Brooks Baekeland, becomes obsessed with curing Antony of his homosexuality. In her attempts to 'fix' him, she resorts to seducing him herself, leading to an incestuous relationship between mother and son. This toxic dynamic ultimately culminates in tragedy.
