Synopsis
Emma, a new student at an elite boarding school in the German moorlands, discovers that she looks identical to Ann-Sophie, a former student who vanished without a trace five years ago. As Emma delves into her doppelgänger's past, she finds cryptic messages written in blood-red lipstick on mirrors around the school, counting down towards an unknown event. 'Schattenmoor' (2019) is a German TV movie that combines elements of mystery and thriller genres.
