Synopsis
Sam, a former gangster, opens a bookstore in a small coastal town to hide from his past and escape connections to a mobster. He meets Crystal, a woman struck by a car who suffers from amnesia, and they begin an affair after Sam helps her. Meanwhile, Tommy Gunn, a tough guy with 'kaos' tattooed on his neck, is connected to the same gangster that Sam is running from. As Crystal starts to remember her past, Sam's own secrets threaten to surface. When Tommy becomes a threat to Crystal, Sam tries to buy him off, bringing his dark past back into his life.
