In 'Sharpe's Challenge', two years after Napoleon's defeat at Waterloo, Sharpe (Sean Bean) is sent to investigate threats from an Indian Maharaja, Khande Rao, in Rajasthan, India. Upon arrival, he discovers that the general's daughter has been kidnapped by the Maharaja, escalating tension and putting British interests at risk. Deep within enemy territory, Sharpe must rescue the girl while also fending off romantic advances from the scheming Regent Madhuvanthi. The fate of the Empire and the general's daughter rests in Sharpe's hands.

Based on Bernard Cornwell's popular Sharpe series, this instalment finds Richard Sharpe investigating threats in India while dealing with personal complications.
