Penny Slot (Rena Riffel), a Las Vegas stripper, embarks on an ambitious journey to become the star dancer on a dance television show. Despite her determination and natural talent, Penny lacks formal training, which leads her boyfriend, James 'Jimmy' Smith (Glenn Plummer), to encourage her to take ballet classes to improve her technique. Throughout her pursuit of stardom, Penny faces challenges and dangers in a town that's more treacherous than Sin City itself.
