Histoire
Shut In follows Mary Portman (Naomi Watts), a widowed child psychologist living in an isolated rural New England town. She takes care of her stepson Steven (Charlie Heaton) who fell into a vegetative state after a car accident that killed his father six months ago. When a young deaf boy named Tom, whom she has been treating, goes missing during a severe winter storm, Mary must find him before he disappears forever. As she ventures out into the treacherous weather, she begins to uncover secrets about her own past and the true nature of Steven's condition.
