Synopsis
Inger, a young Danish woman from Copenhagen, volunteers at a homeless shelter where she meets Kwame, an illegal immigrant from Ghana. Despite their cultural differences and Inger's mother's disapproval, they quickly develop feelings for each other and move in together. Their relationship seems perfect until Inger discovers a secret from Kwame's past that threatens to destroy their happiness.
