Synopsis
Al Shaw, a former race car driver turned car wrecker yard owner in New Zealand's North Island, is consumed by his obsession with cars and neglects his French wife Jacqui. When Al discovers Jacqui in the arms of another man, he takes their daughter Georgie and flees to the bush.
