Histoire
Richard Haig, a respected English professor at Trinity College in Cambridge, leads a double life, engaging in romantic liaisons with undergraduates after hours. When his American girlfriend Kate becomes pregnant, Richard sees an opportunity for a meaningful relationship and family. However, there's a complication: Richard is secretly in love with Kate's sister Olivia.

Some Kind Of Beautiful presents the story of Richard Haig, a successful English professor at Cambridge University who struggles to reconcile his romantic ideals with his reality. While he appears devoted to his students during the day, by night he engages in passionate affairs with undergraduates. When Kate, one of his lovers and Olivia's half-sister, becomes pregnant, Richard sees this as an opportunity for a stable family life. However, his true feelings lie with Olivia, setting up a complex love triangle within the beautiful yet sometimes staid confines of Cambridge.
