Synopsis
Starry Eyes follows Sarah Walker (Alexandra Swindon), an aspiring actress in Los Angeles who struggles with waitressing jobs to make ends meet. She attends auditions and encounters rejection, but her fortunes change when she lands a promising role for a mysterious film project. During the audition process, Sarah undergoes increasingly disturbing rituals led by casting director Carla (Marie Vogel) and the enigmatic producers. These initiation rites involve chanting mantras in front of a mirror and eating raw meat, suggesting they are part of a death cult. As Sarah's ambition grows, she becomes willing to do whatever it takes to secure her big break, even as strange occurrences start happening around her. The plot thickens when Sarah discovers the ominous origins of Hollywood's elite, leading to a deadly agreement that will have grave consequences for both Sarah and those close to her.
