Synopsis
Dr. Alec Holland, working in isolation deep within a swampy Louisiana environment, is attempting to create a revolutionary new plant-animal hybrid species that can survive in harsh conditions. Tragically, he becomes subject to his own experiment, transforming into Swamp Thing – a half-human, half-plant creature with enhanced strength and durability. Meanwhile, the ruthless Dr. Anton Arcane, desperate to acquire Holland's formula for his own nefarious purposes, pursues him relentlessly. Swamp Thing must now defend himself and those he cares about while trying to protect his secret from Arcane's clutches.

Résumé
