Synopsis
Daniel, an ambitious pizza delivery boy in Marseille, finally fulfills his dream of getting a taxi license. However, he soon finds himself in trouble with the police for speeding while delivering a pizza. To avoid losing his license and new job opportunity, Daniel agrees to help Emilien, a clumsy yet tenacious policeman who can't drive well, track down a group of German bank robbers.

Résumé
Taxi is a 1998 French action-comedy film directed by Gérard Pirès. The movie follows the story of Daniel, a skilled pizza delivery boy who dreams of becoming a taxi driver in Marseille, France. When he gets his license, he unwittingly becomes embroiled in a chase involving German bank robbers and Emilien, an inept policeman who can't drive well.
