Synopsis
A businessman purchases a house with the intention of renovating it for profit. However, he finds that getting rid of the previous tenant, a dirty bum living in squalor, proves challenging. The businessman attempts to evict him through legal means but faces resistance. The situation escalates when the vagrant begins displaying increasingly erratic and threatening behavior.
