Histoire
In Los Angeles, a serial killer haunted by a fatal car accident uses various tools from his toolbox to murder female tenants of an apartment complex. The killer then abducts Nancy, a teenage girl living there with her brother, Joel. When the police doubt that the murders are connected to Nancy's disappearance, Joel decides to search for her himself.
