Uly, a soldier suffering from amnesia after returning from a Middle Eastern war in 2023, finds himself navigating the neon-lit streets of Taurus City in the United States of Europe. His sole purpose is to locate his wife, Penelope. Throughout his journey, Uly encounters various individuals who help him piece together his lost memories. Among them are Alcyde, Popov the Cyclops, Aeo the Gypsy, and Cici the Sorceress. Each encounter illuminates aspects of Uly's past, ultimately preparing him to confront his own history.
