Synopsis
Victor Sauvage returns to France after two decades in Africa caring for wild animals. He takes up a job managing a nature preserve to reconnect with his children and possibly reconcile with his ex-wife. Adjusting to life back home, Victor faces various challenges at work including busting a gibbons trafficking ring, dealing with budget cuts, saving an endangered baby chimp's life, and uncovering who is poisoning the animals.
