Synopsis
On their first wedding anniversary, Jackie and Jules travel to a remote forest cabin for a romantic getaway. However, their peaceful retreat turns into a nightmare when Jules' estranged sister, Sophie, suddenly appears, revealing herself as a psychotic killer with a vendetta against Jules.

Résumé
What Keeps You Alive is a 2018 Canadian horror-thriller film directed by Colin Minihan. The story revolves around Jackie and Jules, a married lesbian couple who decide to spend their first anniversary at a secluded cabin. What should have been a peaceful retreat quickly becomes a fight for survival when Sophie, Jules' psychopathic sister, emerges from the woods with deadly intentions.
