Synopsis
Z starts before Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald meets the unpublished writer F. Scott Fitzgerald. They embark on a passionate love affair that leads to their marriage, turning them into the celebrity couple of the Jazz Age in the 1920s. The series follows their wild parties and struggles with alcoholism, adultery, dashed dreams, and Zelda's mental illness as their marriage is lived out 'in hell'.
