She won YM magazine's cover girl contest in 1995, signed with Elite modeling agency, and appeared on covers of GQ, Maxim, and Stuff magazines. Altice was Playboy's Playmate of the Month in August 2000 and starred in several Playboy videos. She later acted in films like 'The Scorpion King' and 'Grind', and appeared on 'Dating in the Dark' portraying herself as a DJ.
