Vanessa Bell Calloway, born Vanessa Bell, is an American actress and dancer known for her film roles including Princess Imani Izzi in 'Coming to America' (1988), as well as roles in 'What's Love Got to Do with It', 'The Inkwell', 'Crimson Tide', and 'Daylight'. She began her acting career on the ABC daytime soap opera 'All My Children' in 1985, moving to Los Angeles in 1986 where she appeared in various prime time shows before making her film debut with 'Number One with a Bullet' (1987). Throughout her career, Calloway has had numerous supporting roles and leading roles in made-for-television movies, with notable appearances in 'Rhythm & Blues', 'Orleans', and 'Hawthorne'. She has also guest-starred on various television shows including 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'Castle'. In recent years, she has appeared in films such as 'Southside with You', 'Unbroken: Path to Redemption', and reprised her role as Imani Izzi in the sequel 'Coming 2 America' (2021).
