Je suis à prendre follows Hélène, a young woman who marries Bertrand, a wealthy and handsome lord. On their wedding night, however, Bertrand abandons Hélène to join an orgy with his friends at a libertine club, leaving her sexually frustrated. That night, Hélène consumes a glass of milk laced with an aphrodisiac by her husband. Under its influence, she engages in sexual encounters with the servants of their estate. This pattern continues as Hélène seeks sexual fulfillment while Bertrand remains absent and unfaithful.
