Natasha Henstridge (born August 15, 1974) is a Canadian fashion model turned actress. Her most notable on-screen roles include Species, The Whole Nine Yards, It Had To Be You, and the Canadian TV mini-series Would Be Kings, for which she won the Gemini Award for best actress. Her most recent regular role was as Taylor Wethersby in the TV series Eli Stone.

Histoire
In 1993, the Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence Project receives an alien DNA structure via transmission, accompanied by instructions to splice it with human DNA. The resulting creature is Sil, who can transform from a beautiful woman into an armor-plated killing machine instantly. Agent Xavier Fitch assembles a team to locate and destroy Sil before she finds a mate and breeds, threatening humanity's existence.
Résumé
Species (1995) is a science fiction horror film directed by Roger Donaldson. The movie revolves around the creation of Sil, an alien-human hybrid resulting from splicing alien DNA with human DNA according to instructions received via transmission.
