Histoire
The insane Doctor Enger is obsessed with building a hospital to cure blind children. He encounters Steff, an unemployed man selling his gun, shoots a bartender, kidnaps Steff, and goes on a killing and carjacking spree, accompanied by the naked or nearly-naked Liliane. The police pursue them while the mayor tries to control the damage for his reelection.
