Histoire
In 1972, during the Munich Olympics, Palestinian terrorist group Black September takes eleven Israeli athletes hostage and murders them. In response, Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir authorizes a covert operation to hunt down and eliminate those responsible. Avner, a low-level Mossad techie whose father was a war hero, leads a team of five agents assigned to this task. They track down and kill several of the terrorists in Europe and Lebanon, but must constantly stay vigilant as they are pursued by various intelligence agencies and other threats. As the body count rises, Avner struggles with doubts about the morality of his actions and the true meaning of being a Jew.
