Born in Santiago, Chile, on September 19, 1989, Lorenza Francesca Izzo Parsons is an accomplished actress and model. The daughter of the prominent Chilean model Rosita Parsons, Izzo began modeling during her time studying journalism at the University of the Andes. She subsequently moved to New York City to formally pursue acting, training at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.
Izzo made her screen debut in Chilean films before gaining international recognition through her collaborations with filmmaker Eli Roth, whom she was married to from 2014 to 2018. These projects significantly established her within the horror and thriller genres and include roles in Aftershock (2012), The Green Inferno (2013), and her starring role opposite Keanu Reeves in Knock Knock (2015).
Beyond horror, Izzo has demonstrated her versatility with a range of roles. Her notable credits include appearing as Francesca Capucci in Quentin Tarantino's acclaimed film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) and a recurring role as Ruby in the Emmy-winning HBO Max comedy series Hacks (2021–2025). Izzo, who is fluent in English and Italian, continues to act and is involved in producing new film projects. She is currently married to writer and director Sophie Tabet.

Histoire
In 'Green Inferno', a group of student activists from New York City travels to the Amazon rainforest in Peru led by Alejandro, aiming to protest against deforestation caused by the timber industry. However, their journey takes a tragic turn when their plane crashes into the jungle upon returning. The survivors soon realize they are not alone and become preyed upon by an isolated cannibalistic tribe inhabiting the green inferno.
