Nicola Paige was born on February 2, 1988, in Crawley, Sussex, to parents Vanessa and Thomas. Her acting career began with background work in Benjamin Johns' short film 'Traffic Warden', where she was noticed and cast as a policewoman. She impressed casting director Steve Daly at an audition for her first feature role in Mark Jay's 'Dolphins'. Paige played Shelley, a young glamour model hopeful. Subsequently, she portrayed a barmaid hungry for hero Carlton Leech in the film 'Rise of the Footsoldier'.
