Histoire
Three friends - an innocent one named Neely and her worldly roommates Ginger and Ducky - head to the beach for vacation. They stay at Neely's uncle's beach house. One night, a drug smuggling captain, either Captain Bly or Captain Jack depending on the source, abandons his marijuana cargo, which washes up on their shore. Ginger and Ducky quickly collect the bales of marijuana and bring them back to the beach house. They use the drugs to fuel an impromptu party with various strangers who happen to be around.
