Julie Kieffer (born December 3, 1992, in Luxembourg) is a German and Luxembourgish actress. She is best known for her role as Manon Boever in the popular Netflix crime series Capitani (2019), which gained her international recognition. Kieffer began her on-screen career with a leading role in the Luxembourgish comedy series Comeback (2012-2013).
Kieffer received her professional acting training at the Berlin University of the Arts, graduating in 2019. Her filmography also includes appearances in the acclaimed German TV series 4 Blocks (2019) and the feature films Superjhemp Retörns (2018) and Never Grow Old (2019). In addition to her screen work, she is an active theatre actress, performing in various productions across Europe. Kieffer is multilingual and fluent in German, Luxembourgish, English, and French.

Histoire
The body of a teenage girl is found in the forest near the rural village of Manscheid, deep in the North of Luxembourg. Luc Capitani, a gruff detective from the South of the country, is put in charge of the case. Having trouble navigating the closed, communal and protective mentality of the northerners, Capitani finds himself unwillingly dependent on the help of Elsa Ley, a young and intrepid local policewoman. The officers quickly find themselves entangled in a web of secrets and lies.
