"Los Angeles-born actress Harper Cullen stirs genuine emotions within viewers' hearts. Raised in Hollywood by her actor parents Brett Cullen and Michele Little, Harper left home to attend the University of Texas, following her father's footsteps, before relocating to New York City to pursue acting aspirations. After completing a drama program at the Terry Schreiber Studio in 2015, Harper transitioned onto the big screen. Her debut occurred in 2017 through roles in short films 'Walled IN' and 'Dance Lady Dance,' portraying Stella. She also appeared in 'Chipped' (2017) and 'The Circle' (2018), marking her first feature film role in 'The Year of Spectacular Men.' Harper's breakout moment came in the 2020 series 'Big Dogs,' where she played Megan. In the episode titled 'Nation of Men,' she captivates audiences by wearing lingerie and seductively dancing with a man, ultimately leading to an intimate threesome scene that highlights her alluring figure."

Lindsay Mushett was raised on the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia where she was as an all-state soccer player and received governor's honors recognition for her achievement in theater. After high school, Lindsay moved to New York City to attend Columbia University's Barnard College. In addition to earning a BA in sociology, she served as captain and was a scholar athlete on Columbia's Division I soccer team. Lindsay attended the New York American Academy of Dramatic Arts conservatory, where she was invited to act in the Academy Company. She has continued to advance her acting training with Olympia Dukakis, Frank Langella, Larry Moss, and The Upright Citizens Brigade. Lindsay is an actress, known for her work on Blue Bloods (2010) , Future World (2018) , and Fairytale of New York (2017) .

Histoire
In a violent, alternate reality of New York City besieged by race riots, financial collapse, and a surging crime wave , an underworld economy of illegal nightclubs is thriving. Detective Santiago is tasked to crack down on these clubs.
