She combined participation in ballroom dance tournaments with her studies at a ballet school, from which she graduated with honors. In addition, Angelina liked to draw and play the piano, so she had no free time. Even then, the artist got used to an iron discipline. Angelina thought of devoting herself entirely to dance, but her parents advised her to choose another profession. So the young girl decided to become an actress. Her classmate was preparing to enter a theater college, so the future star asked her for her teacher's phone number. Soon, Angelina was admitted to the Higher Theatre School Mikhail Semenovich Shchepkin , where Vladimir Beilis and Vitaly Ivanov became her teachers . At first, the young girl had a hard time. Classes lasted up to 14 hours a day, she had almost no opportunity to see her family, and the emotional pressure also affected her. If in the school years she was a girl who excelled, in drama school she had to fight for a place. But Strechina coped with the burden and successfully completed her studies in 2017. At that time, there were already several high-profile projects in her filmography. Angelina received her first role in 2015: she was invited to star in the TV series Salsa (2018) . In the series her character was Asya, an aspiring dancer, so her dancing skills came in handy on the set. Alyona Babenko , Pawel Delag , became her colleagues. The series was in post-production for a long time and was released after 3 years, in 2018. Much earlier, the short film Mama vsegda ryadom (2016) appeared on her filmography. This is a thriller directed by Evgeniy Puzyrevskiy , in which, in addition to Angelina, co-starred were Aleksandra Kharitonova and Denis Shvedov . Critics received the short-film with enthusiasm, among the merits they highlighted the camera work, editing, an exciting plot and excellent acting. In 2017 she premiered the series Balerina (2017) . Thanks to her ballet background, the actress was perfect for the role of the fragile dancer Mira, who is willing to do anything to win the love of an arrogant and impassive mother who pushes her daughter into espionage and crime. The next project that replenished the star's filmography was In the Hood (2018) , the directorial debut work of Olya Zueva . Initially, Angelina was given to understand that she was not suitable for filming: too young, disorganized, but the film's creator still wanted to meet her. As a result, a long conversation took place between them and, after a test with a partner, Strechina was accepted. The actress described her character Sonya as "a ray of light in a dark kingdom". Angelina managed to get away from the ballerina image that had been fixed on her while working on the film Volshebnik (2019) , where she played the nurse Masha. In an interview, the artist admitted that she was impressed by how the fragile girls managed to get the strong men off the battlefield during the war, because she could not even move her partner. Another memorable event was the filming of the horror movie Queen of Spades: Through the Looking Glass (2019) . According to the actress, after that she could not sleep peacefully for several nights. However, the performer found the experience interesting. One role highlighted by the artist is that of Princess Tarakanova in the series Ekaterina. On the screens, the actress appeared in the image of a bold and daring Elsa, a friend of the crime boss Alik played by Yuri Borisov . Some of her other works include Guests (2019) , The Blackout (2019) , Lev Yashin. Vratar moey mechty (2019) , Mister Knockout (2022) or Modnyy sindikat (2022) .
