Agostina Maria Magnoni on April 13, 1947, in Milan, Italy, she began her professional journey in the late 1960s. Her career quickly gained momentum as she appeared in a variety of genres, ranging from gritty "poliziotteschi" crime films to lighthearted Italian comedies.
She achieved international acclaim and solidified her status as a leading lady with her performance as Sara in Dino Risi’s 1974 masterpiece, Scent of a Woman (Profumo di donna). Her talent was further recognized in 1976 when she received a Special David di Donatello Award for her role in Telefoni Bianchi. Born in Naples as Emma Costantino, Schürer moved to Milan where began a career as glamour model, posing among others for Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and debuted on stage in the Giorgio Strehler's Piccolo Teatro.
After some secondary roles, she had her first main role in Alberto Cavallone's Le salamandre, and, thanks to the success of the film, she obtained a contract with Alberto Grimaldi, for whom she starred in numerous genre films between 1969 and 1977. In the same years she was also very active on theatre, working with Ugo Gregoretti, Garinei & Giovannini, Mario Missiroli.
Later she appeared in some TV-series and shows, such as Domenica insieme and Sereno variabile.

Histoire
A beautiful young woman travels to an isolated castle to work as a biochemist for Baron Janos Dalmar, despite warnings about his sinister reputation. Upon arriving, she finds herself drawn to him and struggles to suppress her growing desires while immersing herself in her work. As brutal murders begin to occur in the vicinity, she becomes suspicious of the Baron's true nature.
