Full Biography
Petronella Barker, born on October 29, 1965 in Colchester, England but raised in Fredrikstad, Norway, is an actress of British-Norwegian descent. While studying at the Theatre Academy in Oslo (1985-1988), she debuted in the Russian-Norwegian film 'Dragens fange' (1985). Her breakthrough role came with the dystopian film 'Sweetwater' (1988), followed by 'Havet stiger' (1990). She made her stage debut as Perdita in Shakespeare's 'The Winter's Tale' at Centralteatret in 1990, and has since acted in various plays and films, notably 'Thranes metode' (1998) and the TV series 'Fox Grønland' (2001).
